Ready to make your reservation?
We have several packages and will open up more options as we get closer to the Entice Dates (October 14 - 18, 2009)
All hotel rooms are booked directly through us. Call us for availability (Jacuzzi & Parlor suites available for a limited time for only $50 more a nite - minimum of 4 nites)
When you make your reservation, we book your room for you. You cannot call the hotel to make your reservation. As this is a hotel takeover, the hotel is instructed to tell anyone calling them directly that all rooms are sold out. You do not need to pay for the hotel in advance, just the convention package. However there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for your hotel room

All pricing on the next page is per couple. Where it says quanity....remember this means per couple (thus a quanity of 1 is for ONE COUPLE)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds, minus 10% handling fee, will be given if written notice is received by CandleLight Associates, Inc., postmarked no later than July 10, 2009. Refunds, minus 30%, will be given if written notice is received by CandleLight Associates, Inc., postmarked between July 10, 2009 and July 30, 2009 .. Absolutely NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2009 including natural disasters. NO REFUNDS given without written notice. Written notices must be mailed to: CandleLight Associates, Inc. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL AND DO NOT SHOW! We understand all activities are legal and adult. We will keep all information confidential. We are not acting as a part or on behalf of any media or governmental organization and will not disclose anything outside the convention. We are acting as adults for personal interest only. Reservations will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You will be given the name and location of the hotel upon receipt of your paid reservation. For security purposes, please keep this information confidential. Discretion is of the utmost importance to all of us. You will be responsible for any incidentals not in the package and will be issued a receipt by the hotel for those expenses
